Wondering if your order was lost in the madness?
Things are bound to get crazy (in the best way) for the madness sale, so we want to be upfront: our shipping team cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas or even by the end of December. We are expect a large volume of orders from this sale with many combinations of items to ship. We will be shipping everything out as fast as possible during the madness rush.
Important Shipping Notes:
- Our team will be batching similar item shipments, such as single item orders, first to help process as many customers in bulk as possible fast.
- Any orders containing Made-to-Order (MTO) items will take up to 2 weeks or more for processing to finalize as we make all apparel in house.
- Requests for tracking / shipping updates will not be answered by support as we need to prioritize any immediate order adjustments.
- Tracking will be provided by Email when your order has been packed for shipment.
